The Secretary of the Exterior is the highest ranking member of the Cabinet after the Federation Vice President.
Sam Kirok assumed duties of the Secretary of the Exterior on the 16th February 2405, after his predecessor Dora Graci resigned from the position citing family issues, after her husband was diagnosed with the last stages of a terminally ill disease. He was forcibly removed after the Federation Civil War.
