Montgomery Scott (or Scotty to his friends) is one of the famous Engineers to serve Starfleet with such an extensive and elaborate career. He served as chief engineer on board the original USS Enterprise NCC 1701 and her successor the USS Enterprise NCC 1701 - A.
Scotty was born in 2222.
Career
2294-2369
In 2294 he entered stasis on board the transport vessel USS Jenolan shortly after the vessel crashed on a Dyson Sphere. He was retrieved by crewmembers from the Enterprise-D and resumed his retirement at the age of 72.
