Jessica Darkly is an Engineering Officer serving in Star Fleet, she is awaiting assignment as of 2409.
Until recently Jessica the sister of Captain Kurt Darkly had served with a spotless record. In 2407 her time aboard USS Akira came to an abrupt end following the discovery that she was engaged in relationship with the ships Captain Broht Adislo ending his command career and putting Jessica back on to earth.
The discovery of her actions aboard the Akira also put an end to Jessica's long term relationship with Justin Tancred who has not spoken to her since he discovered the betrayal.
Despite her personal faux pas Jessica remains one of the top engineers in Star Fleet. No one in Star Fleet questions her technical ability she remains one of the best qualified engineers in the fleet, however currently no commanding officer has requested her aboard thier ship.
