Ocett

Gul Ocett is a female Cardassian in command of the warship Pralmar. Before the Borg War Ocett was a small time Gul trying to rise up the ranks. She made a name for herself originally in 2369 by 'helping' Captain Jean-Luc Picard and Captain Nu'Daq solve a four billion year old genetic jig-saw puzzle. After the incident she was given command of a small wing on the Cardassian-Federation boarder. Throughout the years she seemed to dodge death and defeat time after time.

Since the Borg War has ended she has become a major political and military figure in the Cardassian Union. Starfleet Intelligence has been able to gather a partial record of her military actions in the past couple of years including helping to secure Borg debris fields for salvage, help re-colonize Cardassian worlds and Cardassian ship re-building efforts. It's also believed that Legate Garak, current political leader of the Cardassian Union and leader of the Detapa Council, has appointed her as one of the Union's top gul's. More recently she was involved in a plot to recapture Empok Nor from the Federation.
