Overview

Under the command of (Pending, Smoke you get to make the character) Star Fleet's Star Fighter Command maintains 12 fighter squadrons as part of the Earth Defence Force, most of these squadrons are actively engaged in defensive roles following the recent unrest caused by the Vulcan's split from the Federation.

Star Fighter Command has split the 12 Earth Defence Force Squadron up in to 3 wings, Alpha Wing, Beta Wing and Charlie Wing. Each Wing performs a specific role within the fleet, Alpha Wing is tasked with long term response to the Vulcan threatm Beta Wing is tasked with boarder defence and interdiction missions, and Charlie Wing is the fleets training wing.

In addition to the three Wing's, Star Fighter Command also maintains one elite fighter squadron at this time.
