USS Rhode Island

The USS Rhode Island (NCC-72701) is a Nova Refit Class starship in service in 2403. The vessel is under the command of Captain Harry Kim. The Rhode Island was the prototype for the Nove Refit Development Project in 2377.

The vessel currently is assigned to the Earth Defence Force as well routine missions to other Federation systems in the inner core territory. The Rhode Island is also responsible for the finding of Empok Nor in the triangle in mid-2403.
