T'Mat

T’Mat is a Vulcan and former head of state for the Vulcan High Command. He retired in 2380 and was believed to have been killed by Professor Anthony Starling after they met at a state dinner on Vulcan in 2403. Starling was charged with his death, however the evidence supporting them were believed to have been forged by T'Mat's replacement, Loval. Reasons behind T'Mat's death were never discovered ((DS1: "The Vulcan Connection").
