Yanas Neema is a Trill woman who served as an ambassador for the Bajoran government.
In 2403 she was part of the Bajoran delegation sent to sign the final peace documents bringin Bajor back to the Federation. She agreed that Bajor required more assistances in its defence against possible attacks from pirates or the Cardassians (DS1 & ENT-F: "A Good Day To Arise").
