Graarg is a civilian Tellarite male who is a freighter captain within the Borderland region. In 2404 he introduced Fleet Captain Zack Marshall-Bennet and Commander T'Val to his buisness associate, Nicovaler. He believed the Starfleet officers were part of an invasion force sent by the Federation to finally remove the Orion Syndicate for good. Even though they denied the man's statement he was eventually proven right (ENT-F: "A Good Day To Fight").
