- USS Ronald Reagan - A prepares to leave space dock following orders Fleet Admiral Taylor doesn't remember giving.
- The USS Enterprise is involved in a massive Fleet operation near Andor as an assasination attempt is carried out on the Andorian Chancellor and news of a Vulcan attack fleet is relayed to Captain Marshall-Bennet. The attempt results in the death of the Enterprise's chief diplomat, Kentra Donrav.
- Commanders Joseph Hennigan of the Excalibur and Alex Kennedy of the Fearless are promoted to Captain. Starfleet Command's Lieutenant Commander Anthony Brooks is promoted to full Commander.
