Richard Gerrard is the current Lieutenant Governor of Archer IV. He alongside other important advisors was present when Governor Charles Keaton met with Fleet Captain Zack Marshall-Bennet and Captain Samantha Reynolds in 2404 after their two ships arrived in the Archer System to determine the status of the colony (ENT-F: "A Good Day To Die").
