Archer System

The Archer System is a star system close to Sol and was first explored in 2151. It was named after Jonathan Archer, the captain who commanded the Enterprise NX-01 which was the ship that discovered the system on behalf of Humanity. Shortly after on the fourth planet which was M Class a Federation Colony was established.

By 2404 the system was designated as a "no fly zone" by all Starfleet ships until the USS Enterprsie-F and USS Achilles were ordered to enter the system to fulfil a vital mission for Federation security. While there they re-established contact with the inhabitants of the system and successfully defended it against a Klingon armada bent on taking the system for its high amount of valuable resources. The system has an advanced interplanetary defence network setup.
