New Qualor Two Colony

The New Qualor Two Colony is a Federation establishment on Ba'ku consisting of colonists who were rescued by the USS Cairo before Qualor Two was attacked by the Borg. The Cairo was forced in to the Briar Patch after being pursued by the Borg. A majority of the Cairo crew as well as those civilians they had rescued placed a settlement on at the invitation of the Ba'ku people.
