T’Mirm

T'Mirm is a Vulcan woman and the current councillor for Vulcan on the Federation Council. She opposed Councillor Shannon Keaton's Journey Home Proposal at the start of the 25th Century under orders from her superiors in the Vulcan High Command. She remains the councillor for Vulcan and represents those Vulcans who have not returned to the homeworld and deem themselves against the past stance taking by the Vulcan government.
