Gal'na

Gal'na is a Son'a who had helped Captain Jean-Luc Picard back in 2375 to over throw and help stop the Ba'ku re-location efforts. His name was also different, his Son'a name was Gallatin but after the Son'a had been invited back to the Ba'ku homeworld a number of the Son'a changed their back to their original Ba'ku names, including Gal'na. He was appointed as the Son'a leader and resides on Ba'ku. In 2401 he led the Son'a, Tarlac and Ellora delegates to petition membership in to the Federation (DS1: "The Best Is Yet To Come").
