Talis Sciven

Talis Sciven was a senior member of the Tal Shiar who resigned in disgrace when it was discovered that his protégé had defected to the Federation in 2382. He survived the war and now lives in Berlin, where he is active in various Romulan nationalist political movements. In 2403, he became the chairman of the Sat'n Tor'cis party.
