Sek

Commander Sek is a Vulcan male serving in the Vulcan High Command in command of its flagship, the Sarak. He is the father of Julok. In 2403 He had heard that she was on the USS Enterprise-F he was provided with authorisation to step over the Federation-Vulcan border and open a dialogue with the Enterprise. He aided the Federation flagship in rescuing its missing away team on Weytahn and helped them in capturing Loval and opened a relationship with his counterpart, Fleet Captain Zack Marshall-Bennet. Bennet noted that Sek seemed to be quite an open character , one he believed in time could be trusted and assist further in improving Federation-Vulcan relations. He appeared to be genuine with his conduct of becoming a friend of the Federation (DS1: "Along The Stream").
