The USS Brewster NCC-90025 was a Defiant Class starship and was launched in 2393 under the command of Zack Marshall-Bennet.
The dedication plaque reads the motto of: "Drop Dead You Asshole!"
History
The ship participated within the defence of the Federation during the Borg War with her last battle to be during the Battle of Sol. The vessel was heavily damaged when it assisted in the final destruction of a Borg Tactical Cube. The crew was forced to abandon ship and were all beamed on board the USS Archer. The Brewster crew remained on the Archer assisting the crew in fighting the Borg. The Brewster was left adrift but later salvaged. She was repaired and placed back in to active duty within the First Fleet with a new commander. In 2401 she escorted the USS Enterprise-F to the San Francisco Shipyards(DS1: "Back To The Final Frontier").
The ship was later decommissioned and her parts were used to maintain the USS Mikhail Kalashnikov in 2402 (DS1: "Just In Time).
OOC Background
The USS Brewster is named after Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines character Katherine Brewster played by actress Clare Danes. The dedication plaque motto is taken from one of the lines from the film said by Danes' character after being asked by the Terminator if she has "sustained injury" her reply is "Drop Dead You Asshole" in turn the Terminator replies with "I am unable to comply".
