Nancy Harper is currently the highest ranking Starfleet flag officer posted in the Archer System.

Harper was stranded in the system after contact with was lost in the region due to a large Borg presence sweeping through the outlying sectors. She alongside other important advisors was present when Governor Charles Keaton met with Fleet Captain Zack Marshall-Bennet and Captain Samantha Reynolds in 2404 after their two ships arrived in the Archer System to determine the status of the colony. Harper also requested that both captain have thier ships join the other Starfleet ships in the system to fight off a possible incoming Klingon attack. Harper's plan was agreed upon after contact was re-established with Earth. She would later command all of the allied forces in successfully defending against the Klingon incursion (ENT-F: "A Good Day To Die").
