The Son’a Collector is a massive starship which was designed and constructed by the Son'a to collect metaphasic particles from the Ba'ku homeworld. So far on records two have been constructed. The first one was destroyed by Captain Jean-Luc Picard and the crew of the USS Enterprise-E in 2375 while the second one was found as a derelict by the Denobulans in 2401. The Collector was going to be used by the Federation Council in attempt to save Earth from its ecological and environmental problems. These plans were stopped by Captain Zack Marshall-Bennet and the crew of the USS Enterprise-F. This second Collector was taken apart and salvaged for parts to rebuild Starfleet ships.
