Close to a week following the Battle of Sol, Captain Chadwick and Alexei Obrenovic meet to discuss a shocking discovery left behind by the late Admiral Cash.

Summary
Act I: Aftermath
- On the September 10th, 2406, Chadwick and Obrenovic meet in at Starfleet Command in San Francisco, activating a small holographic embedded within a ring given to John Houston by Admiral Cash before the battle. They discover that a group called the Cerberus Institute has been established and control given to Obrenovic whom was to decide a base of operations and personnel for the organisation. The hologram left them only a warning that "This program has the capability of shutting the entire organisation down if any such corruption of ideals or scope is discovered. I will watch the watchers."
- Several hours later, Obrenovic and Sidorova would meet in a small cafe in Melbourne, Australia to discuss a chain of events during the Battle of Sol. Sidorova is sent to find Qorlan and discover where the Arrow-class runabout stolen by Raven had gone, the reason: To recruit Raven as director for the new Hellhounds team.
