Crew: 6
CO / XO: Captain Bryan Davies / Irish
Current mission: "Beatin' the Devil around the Stump"
Status: Active

In the 25th century, the galaxy is recovering from a bloody, decade long, war. Countless worlds lay in ruins and once-great empires and socities are mere shadows of their former selves. Billions of souls try to live off little more than sheer force of will and, if they're lucky, a phaser or two.

Captain Bryan Davies and his crew live by walking the line between virtue and moral corruption. Not quite criminals, they operate in the darkest, most putrid, depths of Federation space, commanding an old Maquis radier that they've rechristened Starlight. They'll take on almost any job legal, illegal, or ambiguous to ensure their own survival. Perhaps even at the expense of others.

Current mission: "To Boldly Go"
Status: Active

In the wake of the Federation Civil War, a new era dawned upon the United Federation of Planets and Earth, both starved of food and hope. With it, came the renaissance of the Starfleet Re-Exploration Initiative and to the flagship of this initiative. The ship, under the command of experienced Romulan captain, Jerok,is setting out to re-explore the galaxy in the aftermath of the Borg War a decade earlier.
The Enterprise's main goal is to make an impression of exploration upon the galaxy, and remake contact with the lost civilizations; some of which were Federation worlds before the Borg invasion. More than finding lost civilizations, and making new discoveries and explorations, the crew of the Enterprise lives to find each other and become closer than ever before.

Unity? Peace? Safety of the Galaxy? Forget about them.. all facades and shams forced upon the weak cattle that are the people.

What if the danger that was the Borg War, never truly ended? This is the world of the shadows.. this.. is the world of the Hellhounds. Shall you step into the truth, or will you content yourself with the facade?

Court martialed for some reason? On your last chance as a Starfleet Officer? If you answered yes to one, or all, of these questions the the Phoenix is the place for you. We don't always get the job done with a pretty bow on it, but we can usually get it done.

The role of the Defiant-class is Convoy Escort. This is the job of the USS Defiant. It's dangerous work as such convoys will be tempting targets to Pirates, Raiders, and everyone with a grudge against the Federation. And even still, anything she encounters will also be up to the Defiant to investigate and hold because she happens to be the only ship available at the time, and she will have to make due until a cruiser can be dispatched. To compound this problem she is undermanned with a crew of fresh-faced Conscripts and their handful of battle-hardened Officers to oversee them, on a ship ill-equipped for anything other than short-range combat... so just about anything and everything can and will go wrong.
